[Column] Being alone is not scary

It’s been only a few days, but the Japanese family told me that the spots, moles are decreasing on face, and the tone of skin color became healthier. Also, though they are carrying the heavy luggage, the backache had gone. I dare not say it has something to do with radiation.

Some people tell me Romania is too close to Chernobyl, it’s meaningless to go. but actually it’s as far as from Fukushima to Hiroshima. They try to do with food in Tokyo. I think it should be done in Romania.

Either way, they became fine. Now I’m having the most important time since I got out of Japan.

It’s not scary or dangerous to be alone. It is dangerous to “socialize” just to ignore the problem, keep postponing to face the reality.

It’s even safer to stand alone than “socializing” with the fake people.

It’s not the friends. It’s just to watch each other so some of them don’t go away.

The true friend is someone to support you for your weak point, and to need your strong point. Just like jigsaw puzzle.

[Édito] La solitude n’a rien d’effrayant

About this site

This website updates the latest news about the Fukushima nuclear plant and also archives the past news from 2011. Because it's always updated and added live, articles, categories and the tags are not necessarily fitted in the latest format.
I am the writer of this website. About page remains in 2014. This is because my memory about 311 was clearer than now, 2023, and I think it can have a historical value. Now I'm living in Romania with 3 cats as an independent data scientist.
Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
