[Panne de courant] Tepco a l’air sérieux : Des marques de chocs électriques sur le cadavre de la souris
La panne de courant du 18 mars 2013 a soi-disant été provoquée par un rat dans une armoire électrique.
Le 25 mars 2013, Tepco publie un rapport sur la progression de leur enquête. Dans ce rapport, Tepco a l’air sérieux en analysant le cadavre de la souris.
