[Suspicion of contaminated water discharge] Radioactivity density of seawater jumped up in all of reactor 1 ~ 4

According to Tepco, radioactivity density of seawater jumped up in all of the reactors on 3/11/2013.

Tepco is running out of the capacity to stock contaminated water.

On 3/7/2013, Fukushima Diary reported “Radiation level in sub-drain of reactor1 and 2 picking up” [URL 1].

It can be suspected that the contaminated water is already leaking to the sea.

Tepco manque de capacité de stockage pour les eaux contaminées.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
