USGS reported the Japanese “M6.4″ as M6.9

At 23:17 of 2/2/2013 (JST), a large earthquake hit Hokkaido. [URL 1]

Japan Meteorological Agency reported it to be M6.4, but USGS reported it to be M6.9.

    Right now the seasonal Earth Centrifugal Bulge ( ECB ) pressure area arrived over Japan latitude on its way towards to south pole .

    This slight pressure can be the butterfly efect triggering earthquakes .
    It also helps separating the Gas disolved in the magma being a matter of pressure gradient and the ease of the gas moving away from the ECB . This can trigger volcanos and helps creating further cracks in the mantel .

    It will be a busy month for Japan …
