My own geiger counter always gives similar readings to these, in the same Juban area, at a height of one to two meters above ground.
When Fukushima burps badly, the values shoot sky high so they have to change the graph scales. The overall trend in the averages for Juban is upward, ever upward.
It’s to vague,needs to be more specific.
