Black “dust” or whatever this is ..algea or ? Wonder if all the burning seens nightly for the past year at Fukushima is one of the causes? Or all the other debris incineration. Fuel cadding, a part of fuel rods, might be responsible for some of the “dust”. There is a trememdous amount of emissions at night near the working light areas of the nuclear plant. Can no say what the OTHER faclities are doing.
