Tepco’s Typhoon measures to prevent contaminated water overflowing entirely messed up

Two more Typhoons are coming to hit Japan from this weekend.

Having 11 tank area dams overflow on 10/20/2013 even in the normal rain, Tepco is trying to prevent the mixture of rainwater and contaminated water from overflowing due to the next Typhoons.

However the back-up tanks of 4,000 m3 capacity is nearly full already. Tepco has to rely on the underground reservoirs that leaked contaminated water this April.

On 10/23/2013, they released the map of water transferring between the tank area dams and the back-up reservoirs, but it looks shockingly unorganized (The image below).

They are going to introduce additional tankers and fire-engine but it is not known if they can control the water sufficiently.

Deux typhons supplémentaires arrivent sur le Japon à partir de ce week-end. (cf. Deux typhons de plus se dirigent sur le Japon / L’agence météo : “Imprévisible”)

Tepco essaye d’empêcher les débordements du mélange d’eaux extrêmement radioactives et d’eaux de pluie pendant les deux prochains typhons, alors que 11 endiguements de zones de citernes ont débordé lors de pluies normales, le 20 octobre 2013.

Or, les citernes de réserve ayant une capacité de 4 000 m³ sont déjà pratiquement pleines. Tepco doit se rabattre sur les réservoirs enfouis qui ont fuit en avril dernier.
Le 23 octobre 2013, ils publient la carte des transvasements entre les endiguements de citernes et ces réservoirs mais on dirait que ça a l’air scandaleusement désorganisé (image ci-dessous).
Ils vont mobiliser des camions-citernes et des engins de pompiers mais on ne sait pas s’il vont pouvoir suffisamment gérer les eaux.

Does this mean “below ground”, or “black-market”?

Is there any active drilling in the region?

Let us talk about the “ultimate reservoir” that you are likely permanently rendering lifeless…

An alternative sollution to the whole situation could be:
Make a “sinkhole” of enormous size, 5 to 10 miles deep and 2 square mile wide, under the whole structure of Fukushima Nuclear plant (especially ofcourse under spendfuelpool at nr. 4). The American militairy are said to have made huge underground cavities in Navada and elsewhere through either nuclear blasts or some kind of super lasers. This should be investigated by President Obabma, and if true then such a deep hole can be made by them under Fukushima Nuclear plant and the whole thing can be dumped 10 miles into the ground. After which small nuclear underground blasts can dump surrouding rockstructures into the hole and close it up.
A double frozen seewall will have to be constructed first to keep the ocean from falling into the hole.
Also the spend fuelpool at nr 4 needs to be reïnforced all arround with thick concrete walls, so that it cannot collapse when any tremors occur due to blasting
From the start of creating such a 10 miles deep crevice, inmediately the radioactive water problem is solved cause it can be send to the deep of this hole. It will later mix with all the rock and mud at 10 miles deep, that is blasted over the hole thing.

I would start working from bottum up, start with a blast (or laser) 5 to 10 miles deep and work upwards.
When you locate the two molten cores you can drag them in the hole as well first, then you blow the ground under the spend fuelpool nr 4 and it falls 10 miles deep. Then immediately you have several surrounding nuclear or large conventional blast on say 300 meter depts and deeper to cover the hole thing.
If needed shove the mountain next to the nuclear reactor into the pit.

Making the hole can be done by the US military, if they only come to realise the urgency of the matter and want to reveal their secret lasers to the world.
