Steam still coming up from reactor3 at 13:00 JST / Tepco prepared to inject boric acid

At 15:00, Tepco updated the plant state of 13:00 (JST).
According to Tepco, the steam / gas is still coming up from the top of reactor3 building at the moment of 13:00.
Plant parameters such as vessel pressure and temperatures etc are not showing significant change. No significant increase was observed in the atmospheric dose above the spent fuel pool. However, this is the reading over the cover of the pool.
Tepco stated the reactor is not in the critical state at 13:15 but they are prepared to inject boric acid whenever they need to.

Les paramètres usine comme la pression et la température, etc. ne montrent pas de changement particulier. Aucune augmentation particulière n’est constatée dans la dose ambiante au-dessus de la piscine à combustibles. C’est néanmoins une mesure prise au-dessus du couvercle de la piscine.
Tepco affirme que le réacteur n’était pas en état critique à 13:15 mais ils se préparent à pouvoir injecter de l’acide borique dès que de besoin.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
