Rubella cases spiked up 35 times much in Osaka within 3 months

On 3/6/2013, Fukushima Diary reported “Rubella case explosively spiking up “acceleratingly increasing since April 2011″ [URL]”

3 months have passed, Rubella is still spreading in Japan. On 6/5/2013 the cumulative number of rubella cases increased to be nearly 10 times much as the number reported on 2/27/2013 according to National institute of infectious diseases.

The most significant increase is seen in Osaka.

The cumulative Rubella cases in Osaka was 59 on 2/27/2013 (1 st ~ 8th week). On 6/7/2013, it jumped up to be 2055, which is 35 times much as 2/27/2013 (1 st ~ 22 nd week).

The reason is not verified.

Le 6 mars 2013, le Fukushima Diary publiait Les cas de rubéole explosent : L’augmentation en est accélérée depuis avril 2011

3 mois sont passés, la rubéole se répand toujours au Japon. Selon l’Institut National sur les Maladies Infectieuses, au 5 juin 2013 le nombre cumulé de cas de rubéole a été multiplié quasiment par 10 par rapport à ce qu’il était le 27 février.
L’augmentation la plus importante a eu lieu à Osaka.
Le nombre de cas cumulés à Osaka était de 59 le 27 février 2013 (semaines 1 à 8). Le 7 juin, il est porté à 2055, soit 35 fois ce qu’il était le 27 février2013 (semaines 1 à 22).
La raison n’en est pas recherchée.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
