Tokyo Bureau of sewerage announced they measured 46 Bq/Kg of Iodine 131 from the incineration ash of their swage sludge.
The water purification plant is in Hachioji.
The sample was taken from 4/12 ~ 4/24.

I think we should point out the true significance of this
Iodine-131 has a half life of only 8 days. That means that beyond all shadow of a dount that Fukushima is still in meltdown and releasing radioactive fallout into the atmosphere ocwe 13 months after the initial disaster …
The radiation releases has to have exceeded that of Chernobyl months ago ….
