[Column] Know before newspaper writes- Groundwater bypass is a dangerous performance

The world must be prepared for the next stage of Fukushima plant.
Soon they will have to remember everything that has happened.


Just after 311, Japanese government flew the helicopter to drop water from the sky.
It was nothing but a performance.


Over 2 years have passed.
They are still doing the same thing.


In order to control the groundwater, Tepco and Japanese government are planning to build the groundwater bypass.
This is not only useless, but also too dangerous to be a performance.


1. Groundwater will be re-charged even if they pump it up.


When they pump up the groundwater, additional groundwater will be gathered due to the lessen water pressure.


2. It may cause land subsidence in the surrounding area.


Because the surrounding area loses groundwater to support, the area may have land subsidence.


3. Pumped up water may be contaminated.


Tepco plans to discharge the pumped up water to the sea.
The pumps are in Fukushima plant area. It’s rational to think it’s also contaminated.


Japanese government is trying to convince the local fishery cooperative.
This is another trick of downplaying.
Media and the government are trying to make it look like “this is merely the problem between Tepco and the fishery cooperative”.
but it is actually the problem of the entire Pacific.
Now the fishery cooperative is the only / last stand to stop the further contamination of the Pacific.


If the cooperative doesn’t have a proper advisory, they may be manipulated.
Groundwater bypass project is just the performance to make the government look like they are taking the adequate countermeasures.


The world must know how baseless this plan is.
This is why I’m writing this.

They are ready to keep releasing radioactive material into the Pacific for over 40 years.



Truth is not truth because everyone believes in it. It’s the truth because it’s consistent and can’t be rebutted.

En pompant les eaux souterraines, d’autres eaux souterraines vont venir d’à côté pour compenser la chute de pression.

2. Ça peut provoquer un effondrement du terrain dans les zones voisines.

L’effondrement se fera parce que ces zones perdront les eaux souterraines qui les soutiennent.

3. Les eaux pompées seront sans doute extrêmement radioactives.

Tepco prévoie de déverser ces eaux pompées directement en mer .
Les pompes sont dans le domaine de la centrale de Fukushima. Il est logique de penser que c’est également contaminé.

Le gouvernement japonais essaye de convaincre la coopérative locale des pêches.
C’est un autre truc pour minimiser.
Les médias et le gouvernement essayent de faire croire que “c’est surtout un problème entre Tepco et les pêcheurs locaux”.
mais en réalité c’est bien un problème pour tout le Pacifique.
A présent la coopérative de pêche est la seule/dernière carte pour empêcher la future contamination du Pacifique.

Si la coopérative est mal conseillée, elle peut être manipulée.
Le projet de dérivation des eaux souterraines est un spectacle fait uniquement pour que le gouvernement ait l’air de prendre de bonnes mesures.

Le monde doit savoir à quel point ce projet ne repose sur rien.
C’est pour ça que j’écris ceci.

  1. A PROPER system to CONTROL groundwater flows, is one essential aspect of taming the runaway Fukushima beast.

    The biggest problem is the corium. Cooling water is essential at each corium slug location. Water, located anywhere else, and other water flows are lesser, and controlable problems.

    The continued flow of contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean is evidence, or rather proof that neither problem has been solved or even contained.

    It is sincerely hoped that Japan knows the corium locations precisely, and has mechinisms to keep them cooled. Certainly Japan has NOT shared that information with the public.

  2. its alot like Global Hunger & Prostitution… those problems been leaking for how long? like leaky oil pipeline old-man pants. one of the most obvious yet oblivious examples are modern cars.. people today act like its a ‘necessity’ of driving each other to Hell & proudly doing it for thousands of years, when it reality its only barely been a hundred years. its the biggest mindwash since TV but as most people argue, car accidents kill millions of loved ones across the planet and who cares? do those accident prone stop driving? id bet even that man who loves his car more than his wife will keep on driving for a living even if his wife gets tied to the train-tracks. & the exponent on this is obviously airplanes.. a plane just crashed in the USA carrying a prominent retired vice-president of Microsoft & his 17yo son.. to me its ironic cuz it almost happened on the Nagasaki Memorial so to me it was like “Fatman” & “Littleboy” dropped again like Kharma.

    alot of people unfortunately use this argument & its hard to deny.. one plane crash presto thats potentially 100s of lives.. but does society flinch at the thought of never flying a plane again? why dont we just leave the flying up to the birds, seriously they are better at it, but humans rather smack them out of the sky with Wind Turbines, to me a Nuclear Plant in sheeps’ clothing. let alone the millions that were killed in World War.. but is there some kind of threshold, like gun-laws in America, that tells people enough is enough? & the answer is most probably NO.. again.. The Human Show Must GO On.. this pathetic masquerade of shame.

    so return to the point, apply this human conscience to Nuclear Energy, which is far more addictive than the above.. for people who are so clean-cut they will never know what addiction is like until their first amazing booze trip. its seems quite futile as we all know the dark forces are looming around to restart all Nuke Facilities for profit.. but to me if moral citizens are allowed to have a deficit of 1 Quadrillion who in hell cares?     Japan’s reluctance to condemn nukes shows in refusal to sign anti-nuclear declarations

    HIROSHIMA — By refusing to sign joint declarations against nuclear weapons usage at United Nations meetings since last year, the Japanese government has shown that its reliance on the United States’ nuclear umbrella keeps it from taking stronger action against the weapons.

    Since 1994, every year at U.N. General Assembly meetings the Japanese government has proposed a resolution for a worldwide end to nuclear weapons. However, it has been unenthusiastic about efforts in recent years, primarily by non-nuke-holding countries, to make concrete progress in eliminating nukes.

    According to Yokohama-based NPO Peace Depot, of 21 resolutions at the 2012 U.N. General Assembly that involved nuclear weapons, Japan abstained from voting on four, including one that called for the start of talks to create a nuclear weapons convention. The Japanese government argued that “to accomplish sure progress on nuclear arms reduction, realistic measures are needed,” as it pointed out that nuclear-armed countries were not agreeing to the convention resolution.

    Joint declarations calling for work to illegalize nuclear weapons were announced at both the Preparatory Committee for the Review Conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in May last year and at an arms reduction committee at the General Assembly in October. Sixteen countries signed the first declaration and 34 the second, but Japan refused to sign either, as the declaration’s call for an immediate end to nuclear weapons is at odds with Japan’s defense strategy of using the U.S. nuclear umbrella.

    Later, at the second NPT review preparatory committee in April this year in Geneva, Switzerland, a new joint declaration against nuclear weapons was released. In deference to countries relying on nuclear deterrence, this one limited its scope to denouncing the morality of the weapons’ use. It received the signature of 80 nations, but Japan again refused to sign.

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that, while it “agrees with the general argument” of the declaration, it had disagreements over some of the particular language. At an April press conference, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga revealed that Japan had wanted the phrase “under any circumstances” removed from the declaration’s sentence, “It is in the interests of the very survival of humanity that nuclear weapons are never used again, under any circumstances.”

    Associate professor at the Hiroshima Peace Institute of Hiroshima City University and Korean national Kim Mikyoung, 49, views the Japanese response as “overreacting to the threat of North Korea.”

    “Hiroshima and Nagasaki view peacefulness and an anti-nuke stance as important messages, but I get the impression that is not getting through to the Japanese government,” she says.

    Other foreigners familiar with Hiroshima were also asked for their opinion. Visiting professor at Hiroshima University, American Suri Jeremy Avril, 40, defended the Japanese government, saying he could understand its reluctance to sign a declaration that conflicted with its reliance on the U.S. nuclear umbrella.

    Meanwhile, Arthur Binard, 46, an American-born poet who has written many works about the atomic bomb victims, suggested that people around the world trying to get rid of nuclear weapons may no longer bother to deal with Japan after its refusals to sign the declarations.

    Father erects statue for daughter missing since 2011 tsunami

    Since Norio Kimura cannot be with his youngest daughter, who was swept away by the tsunami of March 11, 2011, he has erected a small stone deity on a hillside to watch over her and keep her company forever.

    Yuna was a first-grader at elementary school and was 7 years old. She was washed away by the wall of waves near her home after she returned from school.

    Yuna is one of the 208 people who remain unaccounted for in Fukushima Prefecture, two years and five months after the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami.

    The image of the Jizo guardian deity of children was erected on July 31, ahead of the third Bon holiday season since the disaster.

    It stands on a wooded hillside in a coastal area of Okuma, Fukushima Prefecture, 3.5 kilometers south of the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant.

    Kimura, 48, could not look for Yuna because he had to evacuate the following day due to the accident at the nuclear plant.

    His wife, Miyuki, 37, and father, Wataro, 77, also went missing, but their bodies were later found.

    Kimura is evacuating to Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture, with Mayu, Yuna’s elder sister, who is 12 years old.

    He looked for Yuna along the coast and amid rubble when he was allowed to return to Okuma once every three months. The only belonging he found was one of Yuna’s shoes.

    Kimura came up with the idea of erecting the Jizo statue about a year after the disaster.

    He wanted Jizo to be with Yuna as a friend because she would feel lonely without anyone beside her. He hopes Jizo will keep a close eye on Yuna forever because he cannot stay with her.

    One of his acquaintances had drawn a smiling Jizo on a message card to encourage him. Kimura asked a stonemason to create the image based on the drawing.

    Kimura began preparations on the hill behind his former home in May when he was allowed to return to Okuma on his monthly visit.

    He erected the image and memorial ahead of “Bon,” in which people traditionally recognize ancestral souls, with help from his former neighbors in Okuma and acquaintances in Nagano Prefecture.

    The memorial carries the names of Yuna, Miyuki and Wataro, as well as Kimura’s message for the three.

    “I was grateful because everyone got together for Yuna and the others,” Kimura said.

    The death toll from the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami totaled 15,883, and 2,656 people remain unaccounted for in six prefectures.

    Police, the Japan Coast Guard and other relief workers have searched for bodies mainly on and around the 11th of every month. But only 102 bodies have been recovered since Sept. 11, 2011, with only four this year.

    “We have looked almost everywhere we can on land, such as ditches and ponds,” a senior official of the Miyagi prefectural police said. “All we can do is to find a body washed ashore.”

    Yuna is the only person who remains unaccounted for in Okuma. Kimura still looks for Yuna by himself on his monthly visit. He is grateful for the police efforts but has mixed feelings about the ongoing search.

    “I wonder whether the search activities should continue amid high levels of radiation because it is becoming difficult to find her,” he said.

    In the hardest-hit prefectures of Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima, 2,652 people remain unaccounted for.

    For most of them, bereaved families have filed death registrations. In Fukushima Prefecture, registrations have not been submitted for only five persons.

    Yuna is among them. Kimura said he knows she will not return home anymore, but he still wants her to remain among the ranks of the living.

    The USA participated in withholding Anti-Radiation Drugs, from the Japanese People, in 2011. The Washington Post newspaper published a misleading report which indicated that the USA Strategic Drug Stockpile had been discarded, as surplus.     Thus, Barack Obama and the USA government appears to have caused great injury and death to the Japanese People, in cooperation with TEPCO, the Japan Government and various nuclear power plant construction and supply firms.

    Perhaps the USA is not a reliable ALLY to the Japanese People, which is a very unfortunate circumstance, for which I am personally distressed. The USA evacuated ALL USA military dependants and most military personnel. Great Britain provided their Ex-Pat subjects with Anti-Radiation Drugs. The Japanese People were mislead, to their great harm; a fact, for which I am personally very sorry for and regretful. I do not believe these despicable actions represent the wishes of the American People, only the wishes of the Nuclear Cartel.

    I was doing some research on orgonite – a material that can neutralize electomagnetic frequencies (EMF) that is found in massive amounts in wifi devices, computers, electrical power grids. And EMF is not good for one’s health.
    I found this video below by Ken Rohla explaining that nuclear radiation can be neutralized. Interesting. I still have to follow up on this but you may want to see if anyone in Japan has hooked up to this – maybe some nonprofit anti nuke women’s environmental organizations. If not, they may want to follow up on this technology to eliminate radiation.

I support you!

    What was allowed to be built by these corporations while knowing if the worse case scenario were to happen, there was no way to stop what we are witnessing today! The lives lost from the greed of men will rest on the backs of those who would approve going past the points of no return! It’s not the fault of the people of Japan, we know where & who the fault lies & they shall pay for it in one way or another!     This is a follow up on the Ken Rohla lecture about Neutralizing Radiation and heavy metals from the atmosphere.
    As Ken stated anyone can make super powerful orgonite cheaply.
    Here is how:
    Combine iron oxide (iron metal powder or any metal powder, ie bronze, copper, aluminum etc.) with Silicon Dioxide (SiO2 which is the same thing as quartz crystals). What is another name for silicon dioxide? It is ordinary kids playground sand. Believe it or not. Then use a resin of some kind, ie polyester resin as a combining agent to form a mold.

    All this can be purchased cheaply. Iron oxide I bought online on Ebay. Sand bought at Home Depot and resin at a hobby shop. Same in Japan. It has been proven that the smaller the particle size the more powerful the orgonite becomes. You can’t get any smaller than powderized iron oxide. And sand is already finely gound up quartz crystals.

Orgonite itself seems to have some hidden radiation effects much like the EMF you speak of. “push away” just sounds like a remedial waterproofing effect, or maybe it would work just like good UV cut suntan lotion. at any rate it wont do anything for the ocean would it. i realize its hard to speculate under a non-scientific mind but if they are still tinkering with haphazard substances like Zeolite & absorbents that will just end up being the world largest ‘fartberg’, you sorta question the logic of the miracle cure. to me it sounds almost comical like Nibbler’s Futurama sandbox.

    A prosecutor has opened a probe into the death of two workers who succumbed to smoke inhalation due to a plumbing fixture on Aug. 10 as they helped disassemble the MS Pacific, a famous cruise ship, which arrived in İzmir on Aug. 6.

    The MS Pacific, a cruise ship made famous by its appearance in the popular U.S. 1970s television show “The Love Boat,” came to Turkey from Genoa after a difficult trip due to weather conditions. The ship was damaged and water filled its engine room because of a violent storm, Doğan News Agency reported.

    Ten workers entered the engine room and were poisoned by smoke released from a plumbing fixture’s exhaust pipe while they were using to drain the water.

    The workers affected by smoke were immediately taken to nearby hospitals, but two of them, Doğan Balcı, 37, and Davut Özdemir, 40, succumbed to the smoke poisoning. Nine other workers, Ahmet Acet, Yunus Yeşilkula, Osman Ay, Nuri Çetin, Durmuş Özdemir, Bekir Dinler, Teoman Işık, Muhsin Gedik and Salih Soysal were discharged from hospital on Sunday.

    The bodies of the two workers were given to their families after autopsies.

    An expert team will start an investigation to reveal the causes of the men’s death, Anadolu Agency reported.

    Before the investigation starts, necessary gas measurements will be done and gas and water in the ship will be removed.

    Balcı’s relatives said the poisoning was the second such incident to occur on the boat in the last week, noting that their relative had suffered from smoke inhalation on the first day of Eid al-Fitr on Aug. 8 while he was working in the same place, but had only been given outpatient treatment.

    Balcı reportedly went to work on the third day of Eid despite his family’s warnings not to do so.

    The vintage cruise ship arrived in the seaside town of Aliağa in Turkey late on Aug. 6 after the Izmir Ship Recycling Co. acquired the 42-year-old vessel for 2.5 million euros.

    Boy who killed family turns up 46 years later as college professor

    CHICAGO – A small Illinois university said on Friday it was standing by a long-time psychology professor recently revealed to have shot and killed his father, mother and teenage sister in Texas more than four decades ago, although he was found not guilty by reason of insanity.

    Millikin University, a Presbyterian school in Decatur with 2,380 students, said in a statement that the school expects James St. James, 61, to keep teaching at Millikin this fall.

    The school said it “has only recently been made aware of Dr. St. James’ past. Given the traumatic experiences of his childhood, Dr. St. James’ efforts to rebuild his life and obtain a successful professional career have been remarkable.”

    St. James, originally James Wolcott, spent six years in a mental institution after the killings but emerged to start a new life, changing his name and getting master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology, according to the Georgetown Advocate newspaper.

    Georgetown is the Austin suburb where the killings took place in 1967. Reporters for the paper wondered what had happened to Wolcott and traced him to Millikin.

    St. James could not be reached for comment Friday.

    The news sent a shock wave through Decatur, with City Council member Jerry J. Dawson, a former Macon County sheriff, saying that St. James should have told the school about his past before joining the faculty.

    “I look at this from a law enforcement perspective, and I just have a problem with somebody who didn’t disclose this information,” Dawson said. “If I were a parent and my kids were going to Millikin, that’s something I would want to know.”

    In its statement, the university said that St. James had over 27 years “taught a variety of courses at Millikin, served in various leadership roles and built a successful academic career, receiving academic awards including the 1997 Teaching Excellence and Leadership Award.”

    The Georgetown Advocate said St. James’ father was Gordon Wolcott, chairman of the biology department of a local university. The newspaper said James Wolcott had admitted to sniffing some airplane glue on the night of August 4, 1967, and then killing his family with a .22-caliber rifle.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
