Quakes over M3 in Metropolitan area not decreasing since 311

According to professor. Tooda from Tohoku university, the quakes over M3 are not decreasing in Metropolitan area since 311.

Prof. Tooda, the expert of seismogeology reported the frequency of the quakes over M3 has been 0.43 times a day in December of 2012. This is 3 times much as before 311.

The seismic frequency is not decreasing unexpectedly. Prof. Tooda states it may be staying high for the next few years, something that can never be seen after normal earthquake may be occurring.

De façon inattendue, la fréquence des séismes ne diminue pas. Le Pr. Tooda affirme qu ça peut rester élevé pendant les prochaines années, des choses jamais constatées après un séisme normal peuvent survenir.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
