Radiation level in leakage detector hole water of reservoir No.3 jumped up 5 times much

About the major leakage of highly contaminated water, Tepco has admitted 3 of 7 reservoirs are leaking.

According to Tepco, the total β nuclide in leakage detector hole water jumped up in reservoir No.3.

It means the highly contaminated water is possibly penetrating the leakage isolation sheet but not reaching outside of the reservoir yet. At the moment of 16:00 5/15/2013, 8,414 m3 of contaminated water is still stocked in reservoir No.3.

Sur les fuites d’eaux extrêmement radioactives, Tepco a admit que 3 des 7 réservoirs fuient.

Selon Tepco, le total en β nucléides dans le trou de détection a augmenté dans le réservoir 3.
Ceci signifie que l’eau extrêmement radioactive passe les feuilles d’étanchéité mais n’atteint pas encore l’extérieur du réservoir. Au 15 mai 2013 à 16:00, 8414 m³ d’eau extrêmement radioactive sont toujours stockés dans le réservoir N°3.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
