Deformed stag beetle (Lucanus maculifemoratus) was found in Hachioji Tokyo.(248km from Fukushima) The person who posted this commented, he has seen hundreds of this sort of stag beetles but has never seen the one to have the head deformed instead of the wings. Source Iori Mochizuki
