Even the reason of Tepco’s skipping planned blackouts was a lie. What was not false ?
Tepco started the planned blackouts after 311 for the power shortage, but they cancelled the first blackout planned for the morning of 3/14/2011. It was explained because they had enough power supply. However actually, it was because chief cabinet secretary, sub-chief cabinet secretary and minister of administrative reform threatened Tepco to accuse of murder.
It was recorded in the 150 hours video.
