Cobalt 58 was detected from the black substance in Gunma. (cf. Black substance found at Harajuku station in Tokyo, “21,346 Bq/Kg”)
Co-58 is produced from neutron ray, the half-life is only 71 days.
The video was taken by Mr. Sakagami, an engineer of radiation measurement equipment.
It was caught on the video by portable spectrum of Bicron, but he added this comment that he always saw the “peak” on the spectrum by other instruments.
Cs-137 was also detected in addition to Co-58.
About this measurement of Co-58, Mr. Sakagami also commented like this on 7/24/2012,

La vidéo a été faite par M. Sakagami, un ingénieur en matériels de détection de la radioactivité.
Sur sa vidéo, il a filmé un portable spectrum de marque Bicron mais il dit dans son commentaire qu’il a toujours eu le même pic avec ses autres instruments.
Du Cs-137 a aussi été détecté en plus du Co-58.

Mmmm… that ray looks like Cs-134 to me
662 * 540 / 443 = 806 KeV
Cesium-134 (Ba-134) = 796 KeV
Cobalt-58 = 810 KeV
Looks pretty pretty close and also there is a really small quantity of Co-58 in inventory even on march 14th 2011
