Tepco started pumping up the groundwater around the leaked tank

Note : If you are from the international mass media, Don’t read this site before taking a contact with me.

In order to prevent the further spread of contaminated water underground, Tepco finally made 5 borings and started pumping up groundwater on 11/26/2013.

Fukushima Diary has been reporting the increasing contamination level of groundwater near the tank area that experienced 300m3 of leakage.

(cf, All β nuclide density of groundwater still increasing beside the tank area / “Where is the contamination source ?” [URL])

The pumped water will be added to the spare tank of 4000 tonnes capacity. Tepco will end up having more contaminated water to treat.

This means Tepco officially admitted the leaked contaminated water penetrated underground to touch the groundwater.

Fukushima Diary also reported the rising groundwater level, which may have something to do with the impervious walls on the coastal line.

(cf, Groundwater level rising in the tank area / only 40cm to the ground surface [URL 2])

Having started pumping up the groundwater, Tepco didn’t mention the rising groundwater level.

I reject the international mass media to read this site without taking a contact with me.I know some of the mass media corporations read Fukushima Diary to understand the trend so they know when to report about Fukushima as if they were independently following it for a long time.
In short, they make you individual readers pay for this site while they pay nothing, and when they publish the “authorized news”, you pay for the “secondhand news”, which is nothing new for us.
This site is free for the individual readers, but not for corporations. In the world, this site is nearly the only source about Fukushima. I came here alone without any supporting organizations, background or anything. I’m not pleased to be exploited by the corporations that didn’t even properly report about Fukushima when 311 took place.

I demand them to take a contact with me BEFORE reading this site whatever the purpose is.

  1. Lori, I heard today, the Diet has passed a law last night to make punishable by law to report on any information regarding Fukushima plant ectera. The penalty is 5 years in Japanese prison. The US is behind the decision to ban any and all information across the board! Please take care.

  2. @Leslie Kristine Flamand Source?

How could reporting an information already available on a public website be punishable?

    1. 2 + 2 = 4

Two is publicly available so publication and/orre-publication is fine.

However, putting two and two together to make four (4) can be an offense.

So, if I publish a few details from various public sources, no harm, no foul. Unless the salient, unifying point is verboten.

Example, crytorchidism is not too rare, nor are combat injuries. Nor the fact that the Alois Schicklgruber was of Jewish descent. Adolf Hitler was wounded in WWI.

However, concluding that Adolf Hitler was the illegitimate decendant of Jewish ancestry and had only one testicle would probably have been a CRIME against the Großdeutsches Dritte Deutsches Reich (Nationalsozialistisches Deutschland).

Welcome to the future, in Japan, England and the former USA Republic. Our future closely resembles the German Past.

      Sincerely,

      Bill Duff

Hitler Has Only Got One Ball

        http www foxnews com/ (story/2008/11/19/german-medic-account-confirms-hitler-had-only-one-testicle/)

An extraordinary account from a German army medic has finally confirmed what the world long suspected: Hitler only had one testicle. War veteran Johan Jambor made the revelation to a priest in the 1960s, who wrote it down. The priest’s document has now come to light –- 23 years after Jambor’s death. The war tyrant’s medical condition has been mocked for years in a British song. The lyrics are:

“Hitler has only got one ball, Göring has two but very small, Himmler is somewhat sim’lar, But poor old Goebbels has no balls at all. Hitler has only got one ball, The other is on the kitchen wall, His mother, the dirty b——r, Chopped it off when he was small.”

        1. Disclosure of a patient’s medical condition is a violation under the present laws of the USA, England and presumably Japan.

          So, Bust Me

        2. Some morons might think that the Priest violated the sanctity of the confessional.

However there is no evidence that Adoph Hitler was penitent, about anything.

The medic was arguably violating a confidence.

          So what

  3. What I would have done:

    1. Charter a fleet of some small and 1-3 big oil tankers

    2. Digging a drenage pool between the coast line and the nuclear power plant at the place where the wall was build.

    3. Pumping the radioactive ground water and the radioactive cooling water
into the small oil tankers and later on from the small oil tankers into the big ones, which are offshore

    4. The radioactive water can now be shipped at nearly any place in the world, where it can be processed under best circumstances

    5. If there is no good chance to filtrate the radioactive water I would sink the tankers at the Mariana Through

    6. Tanks on the soil are (nearly) not required any more – leakages (from the tanks) would be inapplicable

    7. The risks of the consequences of an earthquake are also reduced

About this site

This website updates the latest news about the Fukushima nuclear plant and also archives the past news from 2011. Because it's always updated and added live, articles, categories and the tags are not necessarily fitted in the latest format.
I am the writer of this website. About page remains in 2014. This is because my memory about 311 was clearer than now, 2023, and I think it can have a historical value. Now I'm living in Romania with 3 cats as an independent data scientist.
Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
