30 Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 detected from pig excrement in Iwaki city to prove internal exposure of domestic animals

A Fukushima citizen measured a significant level of Cs-134/137 from pig excrement. This means the pork has serious amount of internal exposure.

The detected density was 29.44 Bq/Kg in total of Cesium-134/137 (Photo A). The citizen is living in Hamadori area of Fukushima prefecture.

The sample was compost of pig excrement produced in Tohno town, Iwaki city. Producing year was 2013.

 

Also, on 1/20/2015, this citizen measured 21.20 Bq/Kg from tangerine produced in Iwaki city (Photo B).

 

From skirt, which was school uniform of elementary school of Iwaki city, 16.31 Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 was detected (Photo C).

Un habitant de Fukushima a relevé un niveau important de Cs 134/137 dans des excréments de cochon. Ceci signifie que le porc reçoit une grave quantité d’exposition interne.
La radioactivité détectée est de 29,44 Bq/kg de césium total 134/137 (Photo A). Cet habitant vit dans la région de Hamadori dans la préfecture de Fukushima.
L’échantillon provient d’un compost d’excréments de porcs produit dans la ville de Tohno, commune d’Iwaki. Année de production 2013.

De plus, le 20 janvier 2015, cet habitant a relevé 21,20 Bq/kg dans des clémentines produites dans la commune d’Iwaki (Photo B).

Sur une jupe, qui fait partie de l’uniforme scolaire des écoles primaires d’Iwaki, il a relevé 16,31 Bq/kg de Cs 134/137 (Photo C).

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
