9 earthquakes occurred offshore of Amami Oshima island within 4 hours

According to JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), 9 earthquakes hit offshore of Amami Oshima island only from the night of 1/9/2016 to the next day.

 

The first quake happened at 23:12 of 1/9/2016 (JST). Magnitude was 5.5.

Until 2:54 of the next day, 9 quakes continuously happened at the same place. Mostly these had only a few minutes of intervals. The magnitude was from 3.2 to 5.5.

The depth of epicenter was 30km in common.

Selon la JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), 9 séismes ont frappé au large de l’île d’Amami Oshima dans la seule nuit du 9 au 10 janvier 2016.

Le premier s’est produit le 9 janvier 2016 à 23:12 (JST). Sa magnitude a été de 5,5.
Les 9 séismes se sont enchaînés en suivant et en continu au même endroit jusqu’à 02:54, la plupart espacés de quelques petites minutes entre eux. Les magnitudes s’étendent de 3,2 à 5,5.
La profondeur moyenne des épicentres était en gros à 30 km.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
