M5.0 occurred Fukushima offshore again

According to JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), another M5.0 happened offshore Fukushima at 18:17 of 7/21/2015 (JST).

It was felt in the entire East coast of Eastern Japan. The maximum seismic intensity was 3.

Tepco has made no announcement on plant status.

No aftershock has been observed so far.

Selon la JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), un autre M5,0 a frappé au large de Fukushima le 21 juillet 2015 à 18:17 (JST).

Il a été ressenti sur toute la côte Est du Japon oriental. L’intensité sismique maximale a été de 3.
Tepco n’a émis aucun avis sur l’état de la centrale.
Aucune réplique n’a pour l’instant été observée.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
