The neighborhood residents of Mt. Hakone reported on Twitter that explosive sound is heard near Mt. Hakone, which sounds like helicopter noise, and also blue flash is seen in the North of the crater.

Des habitants voisins du Mt. Hakone ont rapporté sur Twitter qu’on entend des explosions près du Mt. Hakone, un peu comme le bruit d’un hélicoptère et aussi qu’on voit des éclairs bleus au Nord du cratère.

Un hôtel de source chaude a observé que les eaux de la source sont devenues noires dans l’après-midi du 9 mai 2015. C’était aussi accompagné de fortes odeurs de souffre et ça a duré environ une heure, chose qui n’était jamais arrivée depuis 1982.

Des séismes perceptibles ont également été ressentis 6 fois le 10 mai 2015 dans la région du Mt. Hakone.
La Japan Meteorological Agency n’a pas encore relevé le niveau d’alerte.
