Unidentified “black substance” found in tap water at an elementary school of Fukushima city

According to the municipal board of education, black substance was found in tap water at an elementary school in Fukushima city.

It was found at 8:30 of 11/27/2015. The substance was approx. 1mm long. The school name is Shimizu elementary school.

The board of education assumes it’s iron power of water tank, but the substance is not identified.

Radiation level was not reported.

Selon le bureau municipal de l’éducation de la ville de Fukushima, une substance noire a été trouvée dans l’eau d’une école élémentaire de la commune.

Elle a été découverte le 27 novembre 2015 à 08:30. La substance faisait environ 1 mm de long. Il s’agit de l’école “Shimizu elementary school“.
Le bureau de l’éducation suppose qu’il s’agit de poussière de fer issue du réservoir mais la substance n’est pas identifiée.

Le niveau de radioactivité n’est pas précisé.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
