Thick cirrus cloud observed from Tokyo, Ibaraki, Saitama to Kyushu

Cirrus cloud is a seasonal shape of cloud in Japan for Autumn, but it is rare to see the thick one from multiple locations at once.

Around at 16:00 of 10/13/2012 (JST), cirrus cloud was seen in Ibaraki, Saitama, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kumamoto.

2012年10月13日の日本時間午後4時ごろ、巻き雲が 茨城、埼玉、東京、大阪、熊本で見られました。

This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
