[Leakage everywhere] Retained water treatment system for reactor5&6 leaked 9L / Automotive system

Variety of contaminated water storage and treatment system are leaking in Fukushima nuclear plant one after one. According to Tepco, Tepco employee found another water leakage at 15:20 of 9/12/2013.
