According to Tatebayashi city in Gunma, 80% of the azaleas didn’t bloom in a flower park.
The park is known as a “Azalea flower park”. Usually 10,000 azalea trees bloom and 200,000 people visit.
At the moment of 4/30/2013, only 20% are blooming and most of the trees didn’t have the buds to bloom.
Municipal government is investigating the cause. It’s in 180km South West of Fukushima nuclear plant.

Selon la ville de Tatebayashi de Gunma, 80% des azalées d’un parc de fleurs n’ont pas fleuri.
