According to Tepco, they found a part of the reactor4 roof materials inside of the RPV.
They investigated inside of the vessel from 8/5 to 8/7/2013.
In the press conference of 8/9/2013, Tepco’s spokesman commented it is a part of the roof but no details were announced (Purple box below).

Un morceau du toit du réacteur 4 retrouvé dans son enceinte
Selon Tepco, ils ont retrouvé un morceau du toit du réacteur 4 dans sa RPV (= enceinte de confinement primaire).
Ils ont exploré l’intérieur de l’enceinte entre le 5 et le 7 août 2013.
Au cours de la conférence de presse du 9 août, le porte-parole de Tepco a déclaré que c’est un morceau du toit mais aucun détail n’en a été présenté (encadré violet ci-dessous).
