Reactor 6 coolant system accidentally stopped / Tepco “can restart in 1 hour” → took 2 hours, reason not verified

According to Tepco, the coolant system stopped in reactor6 at 10:16 AM of 7/25/2013.

Tepco was conducting the automatic starting test of emergency diesel generator, but it caused the suspension of residual heat removing system B.

They stated it would take 1 hour to restart it, but they ended up taking 2 hours. Tepco managed to restart the coolant system of reactor6 at 12:06 PM. The reason is not verified.

The temperature of reactor6 was 27.6℃ at 12:00 PM.

Selon Tepco, le système de refroidissement du réacteur 6 a été arrêté le 25 juillet 2013 à 10:16.

Tepco effectuait des tests de redémarrage automatique du générateur diésel d’urgence mais ça a provoqué l’arrêt du système B de retrait des chaleurs résiduelles.
Ils ont affirmé qu’il leur faudrait 1 heure pour le relancer mais il leur en a fallu 2. Tepco a réussi à redémarrer le système de refroidissement du réacteur 6 à 12:06. La raison n’en est pas établie.
La température du réacteur 6 était de 27,6 ℃ à 12:00 (midi).

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
