The land value is decreasing in Hot spots around in Tokyo.
According to the research of one of the major real estate agencies, Nomura real estate urban net ,
the land value of Kashiwa, Abiko, and Nagareyama in Chiba are decreasing since at least 6 months ago.
Kashiwa Izumicho -5.9%
Kashiwa Kashiwanoha -5.2%
Abiko -12.5%
Nagareyama -7.4%
In Chiba, there is nowhere the land value increased.
