[Column] On the road again

I decided to depart for the in-Romania research on 6/7/2013.
There might be 1 ~ 2 days of delay but I will leave for it around that date.

I told the owner of the current apartment that I’m going to cancel the contract.
Again, I will have nowhere to go back.

I seem to have been in Bucharest more than I thought. A lot of people tried to stop me going.
They said Bucharest is better to do business or remote cities are too quiet etc..
Probably they are right. but it’s another story to find a good place for “after-life” of Japanese people.

I announced the initial plan of Romanian research.
(cf, [Column] Accepting the requests about research for Romanian remote village [URL])
I will change the order, will get to Arad to find my own apartment then go to Sighisoara. Either way, I’ll get to both.

I’ve left a lot of the things behind. This time, I’ll add only a little bit more to it. It’s in Romania anyway. One day, old Iori might talk to a cat about his journey.

Some people yell at national diet. Some people tell everyone to evacuate.
I just want to show my moving quietly. My steps will have a talk.

My journey started from one question. Why do I have to die for the country that even betrayed me?
In my definition, everybody is the king of their own kingdom.

Indeed I know the biggest matter for Japanese people is “the job”. Me and they are not meant to steal local employments. We are looking for the chance to make employments instead. However, I haven’t found the solution yet.

We will not know what we were looking for until we finally find it.
I will be living in my boots for a while again. I still have limbs. They even move. If I do in-Romania research, nobody else would need to do it anymore.

About this site

This website updates the latest news about the Fukushima nuclear plant and also archives the past news from 2011. Because it's always updated and added live, articles, categories and the tags are not necessarily fitted in the latest format.
I am the writer of this website. About page remains in 2014. This is because my memory about 311 was clearer than now, 2023, and I think it can have a historical value. Now I'm living in Romania with 3 cats as an independent data scientist.
Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
