[Column] Donation function is back on for a few days

The press conference of Tepco and their president finished about 1 hour before my writing this.

I finally managed to have to time to get the donation buttons back (Including monthly donation).

About the bank transfer, the IBANs are different from the ones before because I changed the branch but the bank, receiver (=Fukushima Diary), nothing else has changed.

Last month, I asked for the support for the financial crisis of Fukushima Diary company.

and I removed the donation buttons and info because I was pissed off at some reviews to say Fukushima Diary is for money.

I’m planning to end the donation time this Friday again.

These 5 days will be the only time when Fukushima Diary company can receive support.

This is somewhat risk-taking but still better than given a bad name for my honor.

I hope you consider supporting if you find this post.

I will remove the donation button this September again.

but you can directly send some donation by the email address (You can find it on the Paypal page) or you could keep the Paypal page URL.

Anyway, this is all small thing compared to what is happening in Fukushima.

Thank you for reading this.

You can ignore the truth but the truth won’t ignore you.

About this site

This website updates the latest news about the Fukushima nuclear plant and also archives the past news from 2011. Because it's always updated and added live, articles, categories and the tags are not necessarily fitted in the latest format.
I am the writer of this website. About page remains in 2014. This is because my memory about 311 was clearer than now, 2023, and I think it can have a historical value. Now I'm living in Romania with 3 cats as an independent data scientist.
Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
