[Breaking/House of Councillors election] Yamamoto Taro won, Pro-nuke parties to win over half of the seats

Japan had House of Councillors election on 7/21/2013.

According to the prompt report, anti nuclear activist / actor Yamamoto Taro won.

On the other hand, pro nuclear parties LDP, and Clean Government Party won over half of the seats. (71 seats~)

In his speech, Yamamoto Taro said we shouldn’t be forced to eat contaminated food. NHK interrupted the live report.

Le 21 juillet 2013, le Japon a procédé aux élections à la Chambre des Conseillers.

Selon un raport rapide, l’acteur militant anti-nucléaire Yamamoto Taro est élu.
De l’autre côté, les partis pro-nucléaires, le LDP et le Parti pour un Gouvernement Propre, raflent plus de la moitié des sièges. (+/- 71 sièges)
Dans son discours, Yamamoto Taro a dit que nous ne devrions pas être forcés de manger des aliments contaminés. La NHK a alors coupé la retransmission en direct.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
