At 13:00:02 of 4/5/2013, an earthquake of M6.2 occurred near the border of N. Korea, Russia and China according to USGS.

On 4/5/2013, N. Korean government asked foreign embassies in Pyongyang if they intends to evacuate.

Pyongyang says they can no longer guarantee the safety of foreign diplomats at embassies and international organisations in the event of conflict from 4/10/2013.

Selon l’USGS, le 5 avril 2013 à 13:00:02, un séisme de magnitude 6,2 a frappé près des frontières coréennes du Nord, russes et chinoises.

Le 5 avrl 2013, le gouvernement de Corée du Nord a demandé aux ambassades étrangères de Pyongyang s’ils pensaient d’évacuer.
Pyongyang a déclaré qu’ils ne pouvaient plus garantir la sécurité des diplomates étrangers dans les ambassades et celles des organisations internationales si un conflit commençait à partir du 10 avril 2013.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
