On 3/23/2016, Kashiwa city government of Chiba announced 333 of 522 children were diagnosed as A2 ~ C in their thyroid test.

This is the test result from 7/1/2015 to 2/29/2016. 306 children were categorized as A2 (cyst (smaller than 5.1 mm) or nodule (smaller than 20.1 mm) was found), 11 were categorized as B (cyst (larger than 5.1 mm) or nodule (larger than 20.1 mm) was found), and 16 were categorized as C (Follow-up test is required).

The local government states and testees are required to admit the test is not to evaluate the radiation effect on health after 311. Also, children who already have medical care for their thyroid problem were eliminated.

Le 23 mars 2016, la municipalité de la ville de Kashiwa dans la préfecture de Chiba a déclaré que 333 enfants sur 522 ont été diagnostiqués entre A2 et C par leur examen de la thyroïde.

C’est le résultat des examens effectués entre le 1er juillet 2015 et le 29 février 2016. 306 enfants sont classés en A2 (kystes (< 5,1 mm) ou nodules (< 2,01 cm)), 11 sont classés en B (kystes > 5,1 mm) ou nodule (> 2,0 cm) et 16 en C (examens complémentaires requis).

La municipalité l’affirme et exige des examinés qu’ils reconnaissent que l’examen n’est pas fait pour évaluer les effets de la radioactivité sur la santé après le 11-3. En outre, les enfants déjà soignés pour problèmes thyroïdiens en ont été écartés.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
