On 3/12/2014, Tepco announced pure water turned to be highly contaminated water poured on the floor in Fukushima plant.

On 3/9/2014, Tepco employee found contaminated water retaining in the water purifying system, which is to desalt the circulated coolant water.


However because they couldn’t identify the leaking point, they assumed it was the dew condensation water. They poured pure water onto the floor for a test.

As a result, they detected high level of contamination from the poured “pure” water. The densities are

Cesium-134 : 390,000 Bq/m3

Cesium-137 : 960,000 Bq/m3

All β nuclides (to include Strontium-90) : 800,000,000 Bq/m3


Tepco states there is a possibility that highly radioactive plume is already attached to the floor.

It is extremely difficult to decontaminate the desalination system, workers are forced to be exposed only to work in the place.

It’s been 3 years since 311, but it is estimated to take more 40 years to decommission the plant.







Downplay it in the beginning, and quietly add more information so nobody notices it. All for not letting the cattle escape. This is their strategy.

Le 12 mars 2014, Tepco déclare que dans la centrale de Fukushima l’eau pure se révèle être de l’eau extrêmement radioactive qui s’est déversée sur le sol.

Tepco affirme qu’il se peut que ce soit des retombées extrêmement radioactives qui sont encore collées au sol.
Il est extrêmement difficile de décontaminer le système de désalinisation, les ouvriers se font obligatoirement irradier en y travaillant.
Nous sommes à 3 ans du 11-3 et on estime qu’il en faudra plus de 40 pour démanteler la centrale.


Le minimiser au début et ajouter tranquillement de nouvelles information pour que personne ne le remarque. Tout pour que le troupeau ne s’échappe pas. C’est leur stratégie.

    Michio Aoyama’s initial findings were more startling than most. As a senior scientist at the Japanese government’s Meteorological Research Institute, he said levels of radioactive cesium 137 in the surface water of the Pacific Ocean could be 10,000 times as high as contamination after Chernobyl, the world’s worst nuclear accident.

    Two months later, as Mr. Aoyama prepared to publish his findings in a short, nonpeer-reviewed article for Nature, the director general of the institute called with an unusual demand — that Mr. Aoyama remove his own name from the paper.

    “He said there were points he didn’t understand, or want to understand,” the researcher recalled. “I was later told that he did not want to say that Fukushima radioactivity was worse than Chernobyl.” The head of the institute, who has since retired, declined to comment for this article. Mr. Aoyama asked for his name to be removed, he said, and the article was not published.

    The pressure he felt is not unusual — only his decision to speak about it.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
