Tepco bans journalists from taking cameras to Fukushima nuclear plant other than primary ones

Tepco plans to accept journalists to Fukushima nuclear plant to report inside on 6/11/2013.

However, they ban the journalists from taking cameras to the plant without approval of Tepco.

Tepco allows only minimum equipment of primary still camera, TV camera and audio recorder. They state when they confirm any other equipment and mobile phone (including camera function) brought to the plant, they will require the journalist to stop reporting.

Other than cameras, Tepco bans journalists from taking bags and tripods to the plant.

Tepco states it is required for “protection of nuclear material”.

Le 11 juin 2013, Tepco prévoit d’accepter des  journalistes à la centrale nucléaire de Fukushima pour témoigner de l’intérieur.

Ils interdisent néanmoins aux journalistes d’amener des appareils photo dans la centrale sans permission préalable de Tepco.
Tepco n’autorise qu’un équipement minimum, un appareil photo, une caméra TV et un magnétophone. Ils affirment que s’ils trouvent un autre équipement ou un téléphone mobile phone (incluant une fonction photo) introduit dans la centrale, ils exigeront que le journaliste arrête immédiatement son travail.
A part les appareils photos, Tepco interdit aux journalistes d’introduire des sacs et des trépieds dans la centrale.
Tepco affirme que c’est imposé pour “la protection des matières nucléaires”.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
