Tepco announced to inject N2 into S/C of reactor1 but the flow rate of N2 didn’t change and only hydrogen gas increased

According to Tepco, they restarted the injection of nitrogen gas into suppression chamber of reactor1 at 10:37 of 1/8/2013.
The purpose was to investigate the process of hydrogen produced by water radiolysis.
However, their plant parameter is not showing any increase of flow rate of nitrogen gas injection into PCV. 
On the other hand, the hydrogen concentration is increasing, which was anticipated if they really injected nitrogen gas into suppression chamber.

Selon Tepco, Ils ont repris les injections d’azote gazeux dans la chambre de surpression su réacteur 1 le 8 janvier 2013 à 10:37.
Le but était d’enquêter sur le processus qui produit de l’hydrogène par radiolyse de l’eau.
Ceci étant, leurs paramètres usine ne montrent aucune augmentation de débit d’injection d’azote dans l’enceinte primaire de confinement (PCV).
D’un autre côté, la concentration d’hydrogène augment; ce qui était anticipé s’ils avaient réellement injecté de l’azote dans la chambre de surpression.

↓ Le débit de l’azote est plat, alors que Tepco annonce qu’ils ont relancé l’injection du gaz dans la chambre de surpression. L’hydrogène gazeux détecté est probablement celui poussé par l’azote gazeux.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
