According to Ibaraki prefecture, Cs-137 was measured from two of the two eel samples. The sampling date was 4/19/2013. The exact sampling location is not announced. [Wikipedia] According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 32 Bq/Kg of Cs-134/137 was measured from crucian carp in Saitama. It was a natural sample.
