Rain water leak into reactor1 building through the crippled roof, Tepco announced on 3/14/2014.

Fukushima decommissioning takes more 40 years according to the government of Japan. Rain leaking is deteriorating the reactor building every time it rains.

 

On 3/14/2014, Tepco employee found rain water retained in 2m × 10m on the first floor of reactor1 building. They measured 66,000,000 Bq/m3 of Cesium-134/137 from the water, but assumed it not to be the direct leakage of coolant water because the density is 152 times higher than 66,000,000 Bq/m3.

 

Tepco announces there was a rain one day before, and it’s still leaking into the building through the roof at 5m width. Due to the high level of radiation, they cannot repair the crippled part of the building.

Downplay it in the beginning, and quietly add more information so nobody notices it. All for not letting the cattle escape. This is their strategy.

Ce 14 mars 2014, Tepco annonce que la pluie s’écoule dans le réacteur 1 par les trous du toit endommagé.

Le démantèlement de Fukushima prendra plus de 40 ans selon le gouvernement japonais. L’eau de pluie détériore le bâtiment du réacteur à chaque pluie.

Le 14 mars 2014, un employé de Tepco a découvert une flaque d’eau de pluie de 2  × 10 m au premier étage du bâtiment du réacteur 1. Ils y ont relevé 66 000 000 Bq/m³ (66 millions) de césium 134/137 mais ils considèrent que ce n’est pas une fuite directe du liquide de refroidissement parce que sa radioactivité est 152 plus forte que ces 66 000 000 Bq/m³.
Tepco déclare qu’il a plu la veille et que de l’eau s’en écoule encore dans le bâtiment par les trous du toit sur 5 m de large. Ils ne peuvent pas réparer cette partie endommagée du bâtiment à cause de sa trop grande radioactivité.

Le minimiser au début et ajouter tranquillement de nouvelles information pour que personne ne le remarque. Tout pour que le troupeau ne s’échappe pas. C’est leur stratégie.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
