Update (11/6/2012): According to the new post of Fukuoka prefecture, it’s due to the equipment disorder. The communication line of monitoring part caused noise, it confused the zero offset capability. They conducted the test on 11/5 and 11/6/2012. [Link]

Mise à jour (6 novembre 2012) : Selon le dernier communiqué de la préfecture de Fukuoka, ceci serait du à un dysfonctionnement de leurs appareils : La ligne de télécommunication de la partie surveillance a provoqué un bruit ayant perturbé la fonctionnalité de ré-étalonnage du zéro. Ils l’ont découvert au cours d’examens menés entre le 5 et le 6 novembre 2012. [Lien]

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
