5 shallow quakes continuously hit west part of Shizuoka prefecture on 8/31/2015

According to JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), 5 earthquakes continuously happened in the west part of Shizuoka prefecture from 8/31/2015 to 9/1/2015.

From their report, the first quake occurred at 16:45 on 8/31/2015 (JST). 3 more quakes followed 3 hours later. Another quake occurred at 0:29 on 9/1/2015 as well.

All the epicenters are 10km under ground. Magnitude was from 2.8 to 4.2. The last one was the largest quake.

Also on 8/29/2015, 3 quakes occurred from 22:05 to 23:24.

 

All the epicenters are along the Pacific. Mt. Fuji is also situated in Shizuoka prefecture.

JMA has not made any official announcement.

Le 31 août 2015, 5 séismes peu profonds ont frappé en continu l’ouest de la préfecture de Shizuoka

 

Selon la JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency), 5 séismes se sont produits en continu dans l’ouest de la préfecture de Shizuoka entre le 31 août et le 1er septembre 2015.
Selon leur rapport, le premier tremblement de terre a eu lieu le 31 août 2015 à 16:45 (JST). 3 autres séismes ont suivi 3 heures plus tard. Un autre a frappé aussi le 1er septembre 2015 à 00:29.

Tous les épicentres sont à 10 km de profondeur. Les magnitudes étaient entre 2,8 et 4,2. Le dernier a été le séisme le plus fort.
Le 29 août 2015, il y a également eu 3 séismes entre 22:05 et 23h24.

Tous les épicentres sont le long du Pacifique. Le Mt. Fuji est également situé dans la préfecture de Shizuoka.
La JMA n’a fait aucune annonce officielle.

They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
