Cabinet office of JP gov established a promotion office of “cause of death investigation”

Cabinet office of Japanese government established the organization called “a promotion office of cause of death investigation” back in 2012.

This is based on the law regarding the cause of death investigation in 2012. It stipulates the purpose, principle, government’s responsibility etc, however it does not mention any detailed actions to be taken for the purpose.

The law covers dead fetus of mother who has been over 4 months pregnant.

The chief cabinet secretary is the chairman, however also National Public Safety Commission Chairman is registered on the top of the member’s list. He is also entitled as Minister of State for Special Missions.

The principal states it was “an urgent issue” to reinforce the system to identify dead body and its cause of death however the specific background is not announced.

Les services du gouvernement mettent en place un service “d’enquête sur les causes de décès”

 

En 2012, les bureaux du Cabinet du gouvernement japonais avaient monté une organisation nommée “service de promotion des recherches sur les causes de décès”.

Ceci sur la base des lois de 2012 concernant les recherches des causes de décès. Elles précisent les but, principes, responsabilités gouvernementales, etc, néanmoins elles ne mentionnent aucune action précise à entreprendre dans ce but.
La loi prend en compte les fœtus de plus de 4 mois.
Son président en est le directeur du secrétariat du Cabinet alors que le président de la Commission nationale de la sécurité publique est le premier sur la liste des membres. Il a aussi le titre de Ministre d’état aux Missions Spéciales.
Ce directeur affirme que renforcer le système d’identification des cadavres et la cause de leur décès était “un problème urgent”, néanmoins le contexte précis n’est pas communiqué.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
