[Column] Belated Happy New Year from Fukushima Diary and Plans for “the Third year”

This is the 3rd year after 311.

This is when the health problems were appearing after Chernobyl.

As Fukushima Diary, I need to try more options for the remaining people other than reporting.

I don’t expect anything from the government. My advice is always “Go out”.

so I have two plans for 2014.

One is to try to obtain the visa in a popular western country such as Germany or France etc..

I live in Romania (If I manage to renew the statues), so I don’t need another visa of other countries, where the living expense is not moderate.

However almost nobody knows how it goes for Japanese to obtain the visa. Someone needs to show how to do that.

Researching the visa variations, consulting the officials, and actually submit the application. I will do that all and report it to Japanese on live. Even if I fail, they will learn something from that too.

The other plan is to incorporate a part of Fukushima Diary in Svalbard (The only habitable visa-free region in the world. OK, thank you for your hosting offer but Japanese can’t stay in your country without visa over 90 days. Some of my followers have kids, so I don’t consider visa-run either.).

I don’t need a company to stay in Svalbard, but I can have their social welfare. Some Japanese to think about going there are quite interested in the social plan because they have kids or health situation.

I would like to report my incorporating on live as well so they get to know how it goes and I might be able to share the social advantage with some of them.

Last year, 2013, I incorporated Fukushima Diary in Romania so I’m 99% cut off from Japan. I got my visa, researched all around in Romania for Japanese followers. I guided a family in autumn too.

I visited Svalbard (and came back alive). It was quite hectic but I shouldn’t be stopping.

Your kind donation of last year is spent on my bread (I quit coffee) and these projects. Thank you for your support all the time.

    Iori,

Thank you, many times and again for offering this site – and being the only place to find this information.

Nothing will ever be home, but Romania is a very nice place. The people, the food, and the land

I regret that I can offer only 10 lei a month, I was able to enjoy the fireworks over Bucuresti, I hope you were also able to see them (If you are living there).

    Take care

Feds order 14 million doses of potassium iodide

The Department of Health and Human Services has ordered 14 million doses of potassium iodide, the compound that protects the body from radioactive poisoning in the aftermath of severe nuclear accidents, to be delivered before the beginning of February.

According to a solicitation posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, the DHHS asks contractors to supply, “potassium iodide tablet, 65mg, unit dose package of 20s; 700,000 packages (of 20s),” a total of 14 million tablets. The packages must be delivered on or before February 1, 2014.

Potassium iodide helps block radioactive iodine from being absorbed by the thyroid gland and is used by victims of severe nuclear accidents or emergencies. Under current regulations, states with populations living within 10 miles of a nuclear plant are encouraged, but not required, to maintain a supply of potassium iodide.

  3. Bill Duff says:

    Those are the facts:

The formerly united states of America are purchasing 14M KI doses.

    Speculation and Questions:

Why, having DENIED (deceptively in the Washington Post) the existence of a (60 Year Existing) Strategic Drug Supply, is the procurement arm of the former Sole Superpower, now OPENLY purchasing additional KI supplies?

A Congressional Report later in 2011, if memory serves, indicted that the Strategic Drug Supply remained extant.

Have 14M doses been shipped to Japan, and now being replenished?

Have 14M doses been shipped to Pacific States and Territories, and now being replenished?

Have 14M doses been sold to Goldman Sachs for speculative purposes, and now being replenished?

    Other?

    Sincerely,

    Bill Duff

  4. Bill Duff says:

Oh, I suppose the FACT that:

Iran is going Nuclear (and likely operational)

KSA is going Nuclear (and likely operational)

And the HIGH LIKELIHOOD (virtual certainty) that:

Japan is going Nuclear (and likely operational)

Would encourage an INCREASE in anti-radiation meds (GLOBALLY)

    Sincerely,

    Bill Duff

  5. Bill Duff says:

And there is the recent reminder that the STEAM is still rising from the FDU-3 rubble.

KI is about RECENT fission events and preparations for NEW fission events.

Radiogargase (Insoluble Prussian Blue) is more about non-fission releases of existing radiocesium, such as fuel rod breakage in a Spent Fuel relocation.

    Sincerely,

In response to the BLATANT mendacity of the Washington Post, Barack Obama, Japan and TEPCO …

I personally called the various federal agencies to verify the official (lying – bullshit – propaganda) position of the present regime.

And I archived the subsequent, and totally contradictory Congressional Report, which I presumed to be factual at the time.

Thus, at the Next Strategic Drug Inventory public release; I can verify whether the 14M KI doses represent a replenishment, an increase; or if the numbers do not add up, pointing to even more lying crap.

    Sincerely,

    Bill Duff

    PART of the difficulty,

Is that the lying-low-life-scumbags, presently occupying government offices; possess a contempt for THEIR BETTERS in the general citizenry.

    Another PART of the disconnect,

Is that the lying-low-life-scumbags, presently occupying government offices; are such COWARDS and fools on a personal and public policy basis. They are constantly in a panic and are utterly rudderless. They are therefore unable to conceive the reality, that virtually NOBODY else is as foolish, fearful, mendacious and stupid; as they are.

World Bank says no money for nuclear power

    AFP/PTI | United Nations – November 28, 2013 Last Updated at 01:40 IST

The World Bank and United Nations today appealed for billions of dollars to provide electricity for the poorest nations but said there would be no investment in nuclear power.

“We don’t do nuclear energy,” said World Bank president Jim Yong Kim as he and UN leader Ban Ki-moon outlined efforts to make sure all people have access to electricity by 2030.

“Nuclear power from country to country is an extremely political issue,” Kim told reporters.

“The World Bank Group does not engage in providing support for nuclear power. We think that this is an extremely difficult conversation that every country is continuing to have.

Bill, while from time to time you reference some good information, your diatribes and opinions are beginning to verge on ranting. It’s not that I disagree with your points, just that you are posting a great many of them repeatedly, many which do not expose any specific new information, only to repeat your view over and over. Clearly you’re angry (as we all should be), but it’s starting to just sound like any other wild ranting on the internet.
My suggestion is that, given your knowledge and your obvious drive to expose the truth, your energy would be better spent caring for your immediate loved ones and getting them out of harm’s way, e.g. taking them out of the United States and immediately to a safer part of the world if you believe what you’re saying, than by taking over the comments section here and posting a great many relatively meaningless opinions about ‘lying-low-life scumbags’ etc. which does nothing to help anyone, and which seem increasingly unhinged.

    • Mike says:

Excuse me, blah, blah, blah. I am sure Bill can defend and speak for himself but for me who the he’ll are you to advise him on how to write? You don’t like his opinions or the facts he reveals too freaking bad. It’s ok for him to be angry, but… What are you a physchiatrist? We need alot more anger babe, not less.
      Regards

    • Bill Duff says:

JS or is it Cheap BS?

You have the cart ahead of the horse.

First the facts and evidence are assembled.

      Second the arguments are dismantled.

THEN, we are free to speculate on the reasons for the errors; without engaging in the various logical flaws and/or fallacies – such as Bulverism.

All these are rules of ‘classical deductive logic’, which is quite elementary stuff. Much of modern logic is in the form of Boolean logic, Boolean Algebra and generally BASE-2 (computer) logic.

      In any event, it has been repeatedly established IN FACT, that antiradiation medicines, warnings and evacuations were denied the Japanese People. Those who willfully denied these human rights, to the Japanese People, were/are in my personal estimation;

      lowlife, gawdamn, murderous — scumbags.

          Provably (Natural Born, > 35 Y/O & > 14 Years a resident)

ALSO: I have not previously violated an Oath of Office, to uphold the Constitution of the United States, (Per Amendment XIV, insurrection). And I do NOT intend to violate such an oath.

While not presently contemplating a run for any political office:

          Political Philosophy:

I self-identify and agree with, the the general tenets of 18th Century Liberalism, which might be referred to in a present day description as Pre-Paleo-Conservative. The discussions of the Federalists and the anti-Federalists, as illuminated by historical events and properly enrolled Constitutional Amendments.

          Sincerely,

          Bill Duff

          • Bill Duff says:

            Constitutional Questions:

The former united states of America, has set aside the ‘Constitution of the United States’, as a governing document; without the leave of the Sovereign Citizenry and/or the Sovereign States. This process has been ongoing for some time.

As an example, there does not appear to have been EITHER a documented ratification of Amendment XVII, OR a constitutional process of implementing of the amendment for the direct election of Senators (by EACH and EVERY state).

            Sincerely,

            Bill Duff

            • Bill Duff says:

The senate of the former united states of America, does NOT:

Represent their respective states, nor the citizenry thereof.

“support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”

Appear to be regularly (properly) constituted due to the deficiencies of Amendment XVII.

The 100 present members of the US Senate are therefore, oath breaking insurrectionists against the Constitution of the United States.

100 USA senators are 100% whores, oath-breakers and insurrectionists.

              Sincerely,

              Bill Duff

          • Bill Duff says:

While not seeking office, policy prescriptions are not absent.

            Economics:

I generally favor laissez faire economic policy under the rubric of sound public policy. Thus, some businesses are indistinguishable from organized crime, in the absence of public regulation.

As an example, every form of insurance is comprised of gambling, monopoly, protection-racket, and great difference in power among the parties. In such enterprises, and natural monopolies, state regulation and interstate commerce regulation are reasonable.

There does not appear to be an actual provision, in the Constitution of the United States, which enables federal intervention, outside of the above mentioned extreme circumstances.

Robbing the Federal Treasury, to prop up stock values, pay trader/speculator commissions, and pick winners/losers does not have ANY basis in constitutional law.

        • Bill Duff says:

While not presently seeking any elective office, I favor:

Full Pardons & Presidential Citations: Edward Joseph Snowden, Julian Paul Assange, Megan Rice, Michael Walli and Greg Boertje-Obed

          Time Served: C. Manning

          Indictments:

Murder: Barack Hussein Obama AKA Barry Soetoro

Insurrection: George Walker Bush, Barack Hussein Obama, 51 Attorneys General, 51 Secretaries of State:

Inattentiveness of a guard, National Security Threats: ORNL et al

Not sure how long you were in Svalbard, but I have some concerns with your plan. Before you even mentioned it the first time, it was a place that I had researched (not physically) with an eye of attending college there.

Last I had read, there were absoutely no medical/dental facilities there. If one needed emergency care, they would have to be flown 3 hours to mainland Norway. The other thing I had read was that if you couldn’t pass a physical health test, then you wouldn’t even be permitted to go there.

If that’s changed, great. If not, that’s perhaps an idea you might want to pass along to some of your Japaneese contacts, that opening a local clinic would be extremely welcomed there.

    C. S. Lewis on the logical fallacy of ‘Bulverism’

In other words, you must show that a man is wrong before you start explaining why he is wrong. The modern method [Note: This essay was written in 1941.] is to assume without discussion that he is wrong and then distract his attention from this (the only real issue) by busily explaining how he became to be so silly. In the course of the last fifteen years I have found this vice so common that I have had to invent a name for it. I call it “Bulverism.” Some day I am going the write the biography of its imaginary inventor, Ezekiel Bulver, whose destiny was determined at the age of five when he heard his mother say to his father – who had been maintaining that two sides of a triangle were together greater than the third – “Oh, you say that because you are a man.” “At that moment,” E. Bulver assures us, “there flashed across my opening mind the great truth that refutation is no necessary part of argument. Assume your opponent is wrong, and then explain his error, and the world will be at your feet. Attempt to prove that he is wrong or (worse still) try to find out whether he is wrong or right, and the national dynamism of our age will thrust you to the wall.” That is how Bulver became one of the makers of the Twentieth Century.

My link is no longer active, but the works of Clive Stapelton Lewis are widely available.

    Sincerely,

    Bill Duff

    • bill duff says:

I see Bulverism at work in every political argument. The capitalists must be bad economists because we know why they want capitalism, and equally Communists must be bad economists because we know why they want Communism. Thus, the Bulverists on both sides. In reality, of course, either the doctrines of the capitalists are false, or the doctrines of the Communists, or both; but you can only find out the rights and wrongs by reasoning – never by being rude about your opponent’s psychology.

Until Bulverism is crushed, reason can play no effective part in human affairs. Each side snatches it early as a weapon against the other; but between the two reason itself is discredited. And why should reason not be discredited? It would be easy, in answer, to point to the present state of the world, but the real answer is even more immediate. The forces discrediting reason, themselves depend of reasoning. You must reason even to Bulverize. You are trying to prove that all proofs are invalid. If you fail, you fail. If you succeed, then you fail even more – for the proof that all proofs are invalid must be invalid itself.
