One of the new tank leakage still continuing

Following up this article.. [Breaking] 4 more leakages found from the tanks / Max as 1.8 Sv/h [URL]

According to Tepco, one of these leakages are confirmed to be still on-going.

At the moment of 23:10 of 8/31/2013, they found the flange part to connect the pipes and the tank dripping at every 90 seconds.

Tepco is preparing to retorque the flange part.

Tepco measured 230 mSv/h (γ and β) on the floor under the leaking part.

Selon Tepco, une de ces fuites se poursuit toujours de façon confirmée.

Tepco se prépare à détordre la partie caoutchoutée.
Tepco a relevé 230 mSv/h (γ et β) au sol sous le point de fuite.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
