Radiation level of 20 times higher than background was measured from Japanese cedar leaves. The sample was taken from Fukushima.
According to Tokyo Metropolitan government, the amount of the pollen from Japanese cedar and Japanese cypress will be 5~6 times much as last year. It will start coming out from 2/15/2013. *1 The pollen may not come from the leaves like this sample measured but it is confirmed the mountain and forest are still highly contaminated.

Un niveau de radioactivité 20 fois supérieur à celui autour a été relevé dans des feuilles de cèdre japonais. L’échantillon a été pris dans Fukushima.
Selon le gouvernement de la métropole de Tokyo (~Conseil Régional), la quantité de pollen des cèdres japonais et des cyprès japonais sera 5 à 6 fois celle de l’an dernier. Ça devrait commencer à partir du 15 février 2013. *1 Le pollen pourra ne pas provenir de feuilles comme celles de l’échantillon mais il est confirmé que que les forêts et les montagnes sont toujours hautement contaminés

I really apprieciate your work for humanity with all real news from Japan. Keep up good work – I started to interest in nuclear industry when my country – Poland – revealed plans to make few plants in our country (with one about 45km from place when I live). I found all dirty tricks pronuclear activist try to sell people – I found some blog which shortly describes all what happened through years in nuclear http://tekknorg.wordpress.com/tag/icrp/. I still dig through documents – it is really scary what they done to people to human race.
One mroe question – do you think Japan will risk war with China just to revoke human rights to “Clean” fukushima and that dangerous spent fuel pool?
