Thank you for all your hard work and sacrifice. I read your site daily. I’m Nikkei and have two small children who I want to raise with a love of Japanese food (simple things like misoshiru, natto, onigiri, etc). However I stopped buying Japanese food after 311 for fear of contamination. Do you know of ANY food made in Japan that is known to be safe???
My mother gave me somen noodles made in Australia called Hakubaku. Wish there were more products out of AU.
Thanks again. I’m not on facebook so this is the only way I could reach you.
