Ministry of Land made the blueprint of emergency plan for Mt. Fuji eruption for the first time

On 10/18/2012, Fuji soil erosion control department of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced their blueprint in case they detect the sign of the eruption of Mt. Fuji.
They are to reinforce the embankment for debris-avalanche and lava flow to gain time before it damages city area.
They are also to set debris-avalanche sensor and plan for helicopter mapping of volcanic ash in case of eruption.
They will make it a solid plan by March of 2013.

شكلت وزارة الارض، مسوّدة عن خطة للطوارئ في حال ثوران جبل فوجي لأول مرة

في الثامن عشر من أكتوبر 2012، أعلن قسم سيطرة تاّكل التربة في فوجي في وزارة الارض، البنى التحتية، النقل و السياحة، أعلنوا عن وضع مسودة في حالة تسجيل أي مؤشر يشير إلى ثوران في جبل فوجي.

ستقوم هذه الاقسام و الوزارات بتقوية السدود ضد ال”الديبريس-افلانش” و تدفق الحمم البركانية، لكسب الوقت قبل أن تسبب الدمار للمدينة المجاورة.
سيقومون كذلك بوضع أجهزة للاستشعار عن “ديبريس-افالانش) و وضع خطة لعمل تخريط هيليكوبتري للرماد البركاني في حالة ثوران الجبل.
سيقومون بوضع خطة محكمة في مارس 2013.

Per la prima volta il Ministero del Territorio ha fatto la cianografia del piano d’emergenza per l’eruzione del monte Fuji

Il 18/10/2012, Il dipartimento del Ministero del Territorio, Infrastrutture, Trasporti e Turismo addetto al controllo dell’erosione del suolo del monte Fuji ha annunciato che verrà eseguita una cianografia nel caso in cui scoprano segnali di eruzione del monte Fuji. Rinforzeranno il terrapieno per frenare valanghe e colate di lava in modo tale da guadagnare tempo prima che venga danneggiata l’area cittadina. Imposteranno, inoltre, un sensore per le valanghe e un elicottero per la mappatura delle ceneri vulcaniche in caso di eruzione.
Faranno un piano solido entro Marzo 2013.

Pour la première fois, le ministère de la Terre a présenté un proto-plan d’urgence en cas d’éruption du Mt. Fuji

Le 18 octobre 2012, le département de contrôle de l’érosion du sol du Mt Fuji du ministère de la Terre, des Infrastructures, du Transport et du Tourisme a présenté son plan au cas où ils détectent le signe d’une éruption du Mt. Fuji.
Ils vont renforcer l’endigage des avalanches et des coulées de lave pour gagner du temps avant que la zone urbaine soit endommagée.
Ils vont aussi installer des capteurs d’avalanche et planifier une cartographie par hélicoptère des cendres volcaniques en cas d’éruption.
Ils présenteront leur plan consolidé vers mars 2013.

Actually, nothing has progressed in the plant since 2011. We still don't even know what is going on inside. They must keep cooling the crippled reactors by water, but additionally groundwater keeps flowing into the reactor buildings from the broken parts. This is why highly contaminated water is always produced more than it can circulate. Tepco is planning to officially discharge this water to the Pacific but Tritium is still remaining in it. They dilute this with seawater so that it is legally safe, but scientifically the same amount of radioactive tritium is contained. They say it is safe to discharge, but none of them have drunk it.
