Around 17:00 of 6/24/2012, a surfer was found floating with a surf board at 30m from the coast of Ichinomiya Chiba. He was wearing wet suits. He was hospitalized but they confirmed his death soon later.
He is a 45 years old company worker living in the town, left for surfing in the afternoon of 6/24/2012 by himself.
According to Choshi district meteorological observatory, wind and wave were moderate at that time.

I believe that radiation damages the heart, the poor man. Hospitals are going to overloaded.
going into the ocean near Fukushima, one could easily wander into a highly radioactive patch and collapse immediately from a heart attack or total systemic collapse. no time to try being in the water; no time or place for eating anything from that area’s seas either.
Government response: He passed due to lack of smiling.
I wouldn’t get in the sea in England let alone that far from Fukushima.

vers 17:00 ce 24 juin 2012, un surfeur a été retrouvé flottant avec sa planche à 30m de la côte d’Ichinomiya, à Chiba. Il était habillé d’une combinaison de surf. Il a été hospitalisé mais ils ont confirmé sa mort peu après.

C’était un salarié habitant la ville et âgé de 45 ans parti de lui-même surfer dans l’après-midi du 24 juin.
Selon l’observatoire météorologique du district de Choshi, les vents et la houle étaient modérés à ce moment-là.
