Even in Kumamoto, filters of air purification system and vacuum are contaminated.
Because air purification system does not take the air in strongly, lungs of human are likely contaminated at the same level.

It will help to check if the radiation changes over a couple of hours. We also have been measuring air in Fukushima and have seen short lived radiation recently, that decays in one hour or so. It is likely caused by radon or decay products. If there’s no change over time, it could be cesium and should be tested by a spectrometer. ( On the inspector you can set the mode to uSv/hr by pressing the + button when switching on the device – then press + till you see a 2 menu – then press SET and press + or – to select uSv/hr)
