【IWJ・Event】今日、13時から、Ｃh2で、福島県川内村から避難されてきた市川恵子さん夫妻の話を中継中。地震が起きて、津波がまだくる前に、福島第二原発から白煙が上がっていたのを目撃した人物の話。津波の前に、地震で原発には問題が発生していた。政府や東電の説明を覆す重大な証言。
